I'm truly honored that you're considering me to capture your wedding day. Once you reach out, we can start weaving the narrative of your beautiful day together. Fill out the contact form and then pick a time to for all of us to connect on a zoom call. This way we can go over everything you're envisioning, any questions you may have, and see if we are the right fit.
Once you've decided to move forward, I will email you our contract so we can secure your date. The contract will cover our agreement, payment plan, and your package selections. The investment is simplified so you can build your own custom package, this way you get exactly what you want. Add-ons include things like super 8mm film, additional day of coverage, raw footage, and more.
Before your day, gather some inspiration— photos or videos that you love the feeling of. This helps me see your vision and bring those elements into your video in a way that feels authentic to you. I'll also send over a questionnaire to gather some extra details that will help make the experience the best it can be for you.
After you’ve recharged from your celebration, I know you’ll be dreaming of your video delivery! This is where I'll dive deep into putting together your film and telling your story. You can expect to receive your film a few months after your wedding date.

Every collection is hand-crafted to reflect what matters most to you. We’ll begin with a discovery call so I can get a feel for your day, your vision, and the unique story you’re telling. From there, we’ll build from my signature collection, which acts as the foundation. You can then add on anything that aligns with your values and what you want captured. I’ll guide you every step of the way, making sure the process feels easy and true to you.

WHat is included in your videography Collection?
The base investment ensures that your entire day is covered from start to finish whether its a wedding or elopement. It’s intentionally simplified so you can build a collection that fits your vision. Typically, this includes coverage from preparations through the reception, drone coverage, a feature-length film, separate edits of your vows and speeches, and digital delivery. From there, you can customize with options like super 8mm film, additional days of coverage, raw footage, and more to make the collection feel personal to you.
How far in advance should we book?
To ensure availability for your special day, it's best to book me as soon as you have your date and venue confirmed. I recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding seasons.
What is your approach to filming on a wedding day?
My approach is discrete and documentary-style. I focus on capturing the day as it naturally unfolds without interfering. This allows me to capture all the candid, authentic moments of joy, emotion, and love throughout your day, creating a true and timeless representation of your wedding.
How is music selected?
Music is a vital part of a film so I take the music selection very seriously, simply because the music choice can change the entire emotion, tone, and energy of the film. For these reasons, I select all music as your artist. BUT I’ll work closely with you to understand your musical preferences, the vibe of your day, and the atmosphere you want to create, ensuring the soundtrack feels as authentic and unique as your story.
What if we need to reschedule our date?
If you've already booked me and paid your retainer fee, we'll move your retainer to the new wedding date if I’m available. If I’m not available, you forfeit your retainer. In the case of a cancellation, unfortunately you also forfeit your retainer.
What happens if you can’t make it?
Hopefully this would NEVER happen, but in the rare case that an emergency comes up (act of god, illness, death, etc) I would do my best to secure a replacement videographer who aligns with my style to shoot your wedding day, although I’m not legally held to do so. In the rare case that I can’t make it or find a replacement for your wedding day, you will be refunded.
Can we book you for multiple days?
Yes, absolutely! I love wedding weekends and it’s an amazing time to capture pre-wedding dinners, parties, or whatever you have planned! Reach out if you are wanting me to capture your weekend and we can talk about all the details!
Where are you based?
I’m currently based in Asheville, North Carolina! Our family relocated after two years of traveling full time in our converted sprinter van. I’m always happy to travel wherever your love story takes us!
How does travel work?
All travel is already included in my starting rates, so there are never any unexpected fees. For US weddings, the collection covers everything needed for travel such as flights, accommodations, and a rental car if it is required. My goal is to make the process simple and seamless so you can stay focused on your experience and enjoy your day without worrying about logistics.

I’m not here to direct or stage, but to create space for you to be yourselves so your film reflects the real emotions, connections, and beauty of your day.
